Since the dramatic grounding last year of their entire fleet, Tiger Airways has been working hard to rebuild, and is now planning adding new routes. The question is - would you trust Tiger Airways enough to fly with them?

Flew direct Mackay to Melbourne. No problems. Excess luggage can be a problem less than some airlines. Now Tiger no longer flies out of Mackay. Hopefully fooking forward to their return.

I've flown with tiger - perth to s'pore fm the start of their service - never have a problem - after the 1st flight we brought aboard our comfy things. no worries!

I have no problems with Tiger except that they don't fifo of Launceston anymore. Hope you return soon. Have had worse experiences with Jetstar on numerous occasions.

We flew with Tiger from Brisbane to Adelaide. Never again. Stood in line for well over one hour with about a hundred others with no one at the counter and no idea what was going on. Why did we have to be there 2 hrs before the flight when there was no one to book us in? Never again - very amaturish operation...

I have fiown with tiger domestic and interstate never a problem staff is polite and happy planes are new and they stick to the rules I think they are the best budget airline and encourage them to keep up the flights and specials and would love to see tiger flying to more destinations in australia.

when is tiger going to fly from hervy bay to north qld cities, I have flown with tiger for the last two years and I have never experienced delays or cancellations with them just wish tiger would do more flight services around qld from hervey bay and fly at reasonable prices, not like at present; to fly to brissy cost more then it does to fly to victoria from here...

I and my partner frequently flew with Tiger over a 2 year period from Hobart to Melbourne, and since their grounding have had to fly Jetstar... We have had twice as many delays with Jetstar than we ever did with Tiger.. will always fly Tiger whenever I can.

Have flown with tiger quite a few times. I was affected by their grounding and had to fly to perth with another airline. I am going again in March and am flying with tiger. I think that they are the best budget airline they have never been delayed when I have flown with them and they are always friendly and polite. Thank you for flying in Australia agian. Wont fly with any other budget airline when I go to Perth. just wish that they would fly out of avalon again.

I have flown with Tiger at least 18 times and my kids have flown with then lots. We have never had a problem. You just have to make sure you are at the airport 45 minutes before flight. Last weekend flew to Perth and arrived 50 minutes early.

I have flown with Tiger once. That was enough. I won't fly with them again... it was the mos heavily delayed flight I've ever been on... I did not feel safe. Their admin procedures were not to my likiing. They wont have me as a customer ever again.
